Why a Greek manager, Greek wines, in a restaurant that wants to be Italian?
It is not because he is Greek that he can not know Italian cuisine. I know an Italian chef who had a French restaurant for 25 years and it was excellent. For wine, personally, I prefer to have good wines at affordable prices.
